OPEN GYM & PERSONAL TRAINING
Titan Athletes’ personal training sessions are customized to the athlete’s needs. Each session will have a goal in mind gradually building to the long-term goal of each player.
Sessions are 1 to 4 players set for 1 hour worth of training.
Players will be able to learn new exciting workouts that they can do at home along with mental exercises that help athletes learn preparation and how to attack situational changes during the flow of a game.
